Have you found yourself trying to find your place in a new cultural space or due to other big life changes?

Integrating your experiences into your emerging identity can be a roller coaster of a journey. Would you like to have a safe space to have those conversations and embrace your emerging self ?

I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow; when they have the tools and skills to manage whatever life throws their way. I can walk alongside you to develop healthy coping mechanisms and maintain your use of sustainable tools for long after our sessions end.

My commitment is to walk alongside you and co-create a path that supports you at your own pace toward therapeutic healing and personal growth. Everyone deserves to be heard and empowered by their truth. I’ll listen without judgment, provide emotional and practical support where I can, and use humour when appropriate.
