I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey of exploration, transition and healing. I believe we are all searching for connection and searching to make meaning of our experiences in life. Away from the chaos of life, I aim to create a therapeutic space to support development of self-awareness. I use evidence based techniques that takes everyone’s unique identity into account, folks from all walks of life are welcome to my practice.

I am an Irish Immigrant, living on the stolen lands of the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil Waututh people. I have experience supporting ex-offenders and adults in housing programs in the DTES and I have worked with families and children in residential care systems. In my spare time I am playing in mother nature, relishing in music and connecting with loved ones.
