Whether you’re entering a new stage of life or looking for a safe space to land, whatever unique challenges you might be facing, you don’t have to sit with them alone. I welcome any issue and aim to create a trusting relationship where you feel safe and supported as we work together at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
My belief is that we all have an innate wisdom that can guide us through the challenges we face AND sometimes that wisdom feels inaccessible. By choosing counselling, you gain the support of an objective guide to help explore diverse perspectives, co-create meaning, and build up a tolerance of difficult emotions. I encourage self-reflection and vulnerability in my clients with the goal of empowering them to navigate the unique challenges they’re facing by supporting them in re-establishing self-trust.
In my practice, I use holistic and trauma-informed approaches in helping my clients reconnect with themselves. Most importantly, I aim to listen with empathy and kindness, and to cultivate a warm and trusting environment where you can feel safe to be your authentic self.
