Sometimes, it may seem impossible to show up confidently in our unique ways of expression and remain in connection with others. I know what it is like to feel alone, to feel stuck without a clear way forward. It takes courage to seek support with a desire to enter the world differently. 

I view counselling as a collaborative approach in finding ways to navigate our internal and external environments with more ease. I am committed to providing a supportive and accepting space for others to show up in their vulnerability and be witnessed without judgment.
