If we work together, I will strive to be an ally and companion on your path of self-exploration and healing. With respect for your choices, culture, and values, I use a collaborative approach in supporting you to take steps in new and unfolding directions. This means that we will go at your pace, take care to create a sense of safety, and treat your experiences without judgment. I am genuinely interested in learning about who you are and will express my curiosity through gentle questions, encouraging and challenging you to go deeper and get to know yourself better.

For me, a holistic approach means offering you the space to connect to your body, mind, spirit, and community in honest, creative, and purposeful ways. I believe that counselling not only supports you in transforming your individual life, but that the changes you make ripple out into the collective. I would welcome the chance to come alongside you in this process.

I come from an Iranian background and grew up here on the unceded lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh nations. Things that bring me joy include playing music, painting, reading and learning as much as possible, and spending time around trees and water.
