Feelings of worth flourish in environments where individual differences are celebrated, communication is open, and inclusivity is embraced. Healing is a deeply personal process, and with support, everyone can find a path that aligns with their unique needs and strengths. I am delighted to introduce art therapy to you, which offers a unique opportunity for self-expression and emotional exploration, providing perspectives beyond verbal therapy.

I warmly welcome those interested in using art as a means of healing, including those with no prior experience in art therapy. There’s no need for any art skills—what’s important is your openness to the creative process and its benefits. My focus includes working with children, immigrants, families, young adults, and parents. I also welcome anyone seeking support, whether you are dealing with existential questions, everyday stress, or simply looking to explore your emotions and values.

As an immigrant from the Asian community and growing up in an Asian cultural background, I understand the cultural challenges and how culture can impact our lives. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, I combine creativity with cultural understanding to help you navigate emotional and cultural complexities. I am committed to providing a culturally sensitive approach that respects and values your unique experiences.
