If you do have something you need to heal from, I truly believe no one should struggle alone. Our healing journeys are unique, and therapeutic support must also be personalized to best channel your unique growth abilities. Hence, my holistic approach to therapy takes into account personal identity and context and draws insights from my training and personal experiences. With a diverse background in mental health and advocacy, I have worked alongside victims of sexual assault, violence, cultural oppression and complex mental conditions. As a queer immigrant, I have personal experiences with various forms of systemic oppression including homophobia and racial discrimination. Hence, I prioritize a trauma-informed, queer-friendly and culturally sensitive approach.

I emphasize mindfulness and balance acceptance with advocacy as needed. Weaved with spiritual practices, the ultimate focus is on what you truly value to have a fulfilled life. We’re all the experts of our own journeys, and I provide a safe space for you to explore yours, built on equality, choice and autonomy. I strive to be present as a listener, supporter, and cheerleader, emphasizing strengths and accomplishments while guiding you to explore more about yourself.
