When your world feels heavy, a sense of aloneness can creep in. You might notice a longing to feel seen, have your story listened to, and your pain witnessed and validated. Whether you’re going through big life changes, big emotions, or just need a safe place to untangle the little things, I’m here to sit with you in warmth, care, curiosity, and without judgement.

My belief is you have everything you need internally to move through tough times and connect (or reconnect) with your wisest self, *and* sometimes it’s hard. By choosing counselling, you gain a supportive other to explore the uncomfortable parts with. Bringing attention to these parts can create space for self-understanding, self-compassion, emotional release, and empowerment to make new choices. I can also hold a mirror to your strength when you need it.

Together we will get to know you, explore your narratives, express what’s been repressed, build feelings of inner-safety in the body, and celebrate your joy. I offer sliding-scale rates and can meet in person in Mount Pleasant or virtually. Reach out for a consultation call to see if we might be a good fit.
